This Ft. Lauderdale home receives an APS Smart home makeover!  We'll be installing:

5kW Photovoltaic system: This system will pay for itself in 4 years and cut the electric bill by more than half, saving the customer $40,000 over the 25 year warrantied life of the panels. 20kW Emergency Standby Generator:  This generator system will provide enough electricity to power the home during power outages at a fraction of the cost or larger liquid cooled models. Rinnai Gas Tankless Water Heater:  This water heater will provide an unlimited supply of on-demand hot water saving the customer more than $500 per year.  Gas Cooktop & Gas Dryer:  Gas appliances are more efficient and luxurious than their electrical counterparts.  Propane provides clean, affordable energy. 1000 Gallon Underground Propane Tank: The propane tank will provide fuel for the generator, tankless water heater, dryer, and cooktop.
